We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were pleased to find that the hotel is located very close to a Metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were able to communicate with us in English.
Everything is what we need and want, no complaints.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of Oriental Express Tokyo Ginza. The room was comfortable with a nice selection of amenities. The Toto shower stall was a standout feature, preventing water spillage. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local transport and nearby restaurants and shops. I appreciated the complimentary drink at check-in, which was a refreshing touch. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with close proximity to Tsukiji station, making it easy to explore Tokyo and travel to Haneda airport. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like UNIQLO pajamas, a JBL Bluetooth speaker, and unlimited coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even allowing early check-in for a guest who had fallen. the hotel offered great value for money.
The breakfast options were slightly limited, with a soup buffet that may not suit everyone's taste and preferences.
